What is Iron?

            Iron is a hard silvery-gray metal, that's magnetic is the element with the atomic number 26, is mainly used as a material for construction and manufacturing, especially in the form of steel.

Where is Iron mined?

            Iron Ore can be found in other rocks and minerals. The highest proportion of iron found in minerals is in magnetite which is 65%. 5 of the world's biggest iron mines, as well as the biggest mine itself, are located in Brazil. The biggest, known as Carajas, held 7.27 billion tonnes of iron ore.
